What to Expect

In our initial kick-off call, we will first identify the areas that need the most attention in your business.  We will do this by analyzing each of the six levels of your business as identified in our mission statement. From that point forward we will deep dive into each of those levels through monthly and weekly shop vitals and weekly calls. Some parts of your business will need more attention than others and our coaching is completely customized to your needs.  

Within the first three months of coaching you should feel that you have a better understanding of your business – the numbers, the workflow, and the people. You should also see real results that the program is working and you are seeing improvements that equal success.
